Josip Frusti is a stickler for perfection, which is why he excels in his role as Head of Engineering. Josip Frusti is also NDT Level 3 specialist and an expert when it comes to the hands-on technical side of the business.
Mikan Slijepac is the owner of TEKUM.He has been in the non destructive testing business for nearly four decades, effectively building a family business that has grown to become one of the leading service providers in Croatia. Mikan is an industry expert; he has provided testing , welding and consulting services for foundries, power plants, oil and petrochemical refineries.
Zlatko Horvat is NDT level 3 specialist with IWI certificate known as a hardworking, knowledgeable person that is willing to go the extra mile to get a job done right.
About TEKUM
TEKUM was founded in 1991 by experts with years of experience in the production, maintenance and supervision of various energy facilities and welded constructions. In our company we have 19 employees who, with their experience and professional references, successfully and accurately determine the state of construction (conducting non-destructive testing, microstructure analysis and mechanical properties of materials), defining technology and performing repair work. We have all the necessary authorizations and certificates to carry out these activities. During our work we always strive for the development, adoption and implementation of new and innovative technologies and processes. All repairs are carried out according to welding procedure qualification records (WPQR).
The WPQRs mentioned are for group of materials 1, 3, 6, 7, and 8. NDT staff is certified according to EN ISO 9712 as well as SNTC-TC-1A for VT, MT, PT, UT methods. The welding coordinator is certified according to IAB-252r1-11 as an International Welding Technologist / European Welding Technologist.
